My husband and I usually use leftovers from the night before for our lunch. Is that OK? How do you put it in your menu planner?
Hi if i have got leftovers from the day before depending on what it is, i may add something to it to make it slightly different but either way it just becomes one of your meals for the day.So long as your days meals are balanced and the portion sizes are not huge Its fine. If you only have a small amount of something left over eg. Sausage and mash made with white potatoes just add more greens or you could try adding some spice or herbs to your mash potatoes and maybe a little cheese. Chop up the sausage mix them together and lightly fry in some chilli virgin oil. Lovely with salad or greens.
Hi, Lift Lady. Just repeat that meal instead of the one for that day. You can repeat and even trade meals as often as you like.
