    Hi, grandmaHeidi. We don’t have a recipe here – edamame nuggets were a frozen product once available at Trader Joe’s stores. There is a “replica” recipe here: https://celebrationgeneration.com/trader-joes-tofu-edamame-nuggets/ (each nugget yields a little over one-half carbohydrate exchange).
