Hi I am new here. I have likes and dislikes in food. Is there not somewhere where you can tick off from a list of food you don’t like so you can have your own personal recipes and not have to disregard them because you don’t like the ingredients.

Hi, Nina-jane. Absolutely! Click on “My Food Choices” in the toolbar above your current menu, and you will be brought the lists from which you can select the specific foods to make up your menus.
