I always been athletic and has had the ability to lose weight rapidly, up to 30 lbs in a month with diet and exercise. I never was able to reach my goal on any our my diet routines, either boredom or revert back to indulging in snack and sodas. I’m new to the Keto diet, seen amazing results from others. My question is how many meals plus snacks are we allowed to have per day. Is it based on the menu provided or can we alter it based on the knowledge of our previous diets and eating habits.
