will meal plans work for me or will I need some thing diffent?

Hi, Micael. Hopefully you are being followed and supported by a registered dietitian who is part of your regular healthcare team.
Whether these meal plans will work for you depends on the reason for your lung transplant. I’m assuming you don’t have cystic fibrosis, or you would not have joined a weight loss program.
Other than that, the very, very healthful eating integral to the design of this plan is not likely to work against you, and may be supportive, especially following the transplant when anti-rejection drugs exert their hyperglycemic and hyperlipidemic side effects.
By all means, do keep us posted on your progress and of course, any other questions you may have.
