MemberI am new as of today, I really don’t like the menu option, even thou I put in the foods I like, I would rather know what type of foods I am suppose to eat at a meal or snack, (example: Breakfast is a fruit, protein & carb. Snack is Fruit & Protein. Lunch is Veggie, Protein, Carb….. like that. I have spent hours reading thru all the info, but have not found anything like that, so I can make the choice, is there info like this? Thank You

MemberThe app from iTunes site. Diabetics-buddy-diet tracker/ I’d 387128141?mt= 8. I put in what I eat.It helps me see everything I am doing.It does not plan for me .i took the free app.. Good luck. .Nancy
