is there any way to make since of the meals? Like breakfast: eggs, bacon, toast and fruit. Instead it just gives me 2 slices of potato bread, 1/2 oz of peacans, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and fruit. Lunch’s are all over the place, at least to me.
or should I just go by the exchange and figure out the numbers?
Hi, LongInParadise. If you click on the circular arrow icon on the right side of any meal header, you will be brought to the subapplication of the Menu Planner, where you can build your meal from scratch (guided by your allotted exchanges).
