    I have had this membership for many years now and never used it. I am a man in my mid 50s and I need to lose alot of weight. I am going to go Vegetarian and this is going to be a challenge for me. Any help and support would be good as I am new to this trim down plan. I officially start on friday 13th October and that will be my first day. I find it scary…Dan
