philpayneMemberHi all, for those interested, I have finally reached my goal.
I found it extremely difficult to get rid of the last 7 pounds, for about a year my weight hovered around 11st give or take 2-3 pounds. I just couldn’t break my plateau.
I then watched a video that showed the use of a Juice diet and how to eat more healthily on a vegetarian based menu.
I decided to give it a try and within 2 weeks i’d broken the 11st barrier for good. I chose to drink vegetable juice 3 times a day and try and eat mostly fresh vegetables. I did still eat meat and fish but infrequently. I have now reached my goal of 10st 7lbs and I couldn’t feel better.
I still have a glass of juice every day but usually 1 in the morning, I still eat a mostly vegetarian diet but occasional treat myself to meat, fish or dairy and now and again I really spoil myself and have cakes/sweets/chocolate etc.I have found that even if I put a few pounds on as I did this last weekend when I went for a weekend trip with my wife, I can loose it easily when I return to my new regime.
I have my weight and my life under control and don’t have to feel hungry, I eat plenty each day and can have carbs and fat in my diet, by eating plenty of vegetables I don’t seem to add the pounds.
I just hope this continues.
Thanks for your help and encouragement over the last two years.
Also my son has joined me on my diet plan and he has also lost 1 and a half stone in just over 2 months.
This really works
Phil.
