Frozen waffles. Can I use Maple syrup if no what can I put on them
Hi, jackie1951. You can use genuine maple syrup (not the sugar-sweetened type), about a teaspoon per waffle unless you get a sugar-free type. Do avoid any that are artifically-sweetened, though – those made with allulose, monk fruit, erythritol, and Stevia are preferable.
