Hi I am new to the club and I am wondering how you add a recipe to your meal plan instead of separate item such as turkey veg. recipe instead of the individual items as an example. Also in trying to limit my animal protein how could you supplement with a protein powder such as brown rice protein into the daily plan.. I am trying to figure out how you determine how much protein/carb/ protein when making changes to a daily menu..?
