So I just started the program – and I went to create my first meal plan – I excluded bread from my food options – all bread – and yet the menu plan has me eating cheese pizza regular crust….and graham crackers. I don’t keep that in my house. What’s the purpose of marking off foods if the meal plan is going to include them anyway?
Hi, AHBrandt. Did you use the crossout function next to the food items? If so, you need to generate a new menu for those omissions to take effect.
