I have been shopping for the suggested items on my meal plan and I am confused as to what natural pancakes are. It says frozen but is that a brand a kind or just what is a “natural pancake

Hi, I am new to TDC and was wondering – when you give the ounces for meat portions, would this be fresh or frozen. I often buy fish in particular, frozen. Thanks.
