I started the program Monday 10/14. All my life I have yoyo-ed through various programs. When I started, I couldn’t believe I could eat so much food a still lose weight. Well I have lost 7 pounds since Monday. I realize that a lot of the is probably water weight but I must say it is a very encouraging start. I like being able to not dwell on food but can just check the menu and see what my options are. So far, I am extremely pleased!!!
