MemberI need to know what to do if my day doesn’t follow the average schedule. I get up at 11 and have breakfast at 12, snack at 4 and dinner, not lunch, between 6 and 8pm. Snack 2 at about 10. What do I do with the lunch on my menu? I go to bed between 12 and 1am. I have no idea what to do.
Also, How do I change the date I am starting the program? I put in today’s date, 7/04/2015 and I want it to start on 7/05/2015 and on Sunday not Monday. I tried everything but could not edit those items. ThanksJuly 7, 2015 at 7:08 am #30049Support
KeymasterHi Toady,
Thanks for posting 🙂
The Menu Planner is pre-set to start on a Monday, but please feel free to start from the day that best fits your schedule.

MemberI am struggling with the timing of my meals/snacks too. I find that I have lost track of time and it’s already lunchtime and I haven’t had my snack yet. Should I just go ahead and eat my lunch AND the snack that I missed?

MemberHi, syack. Yes, that’s fine. Unless you are taking insulin, don’t worry too much about it. No need to be perfect – just do a little better than you did before 🙂
