MemberHi, SophieKiladze. The keto route doesn’t offer snacks because it is at the lowest level, about 1600 calories. If you want snacks, you can reduce your meal portion sizes by about half, then have a small serving of another keto option that you see in our recipe collection OR something simpler like 1/4 cup (60 ml) of nuts or seeds or even fatty cheese, plus cut low-carbohydrate green vegetables. You can see the calories allotted to you by checking out the recipes in your menu – each day you get about the same amount.
If you would like more assistance with this, please let me know.May 1, 2020 at 8:37 pm #45618ciokolomokolo

MemberHi, ciokolomokolo. We generally recommend at least three meals a day, but we do offer a route in which one of those meals is a smaller snack. Even if you don’t call that intermittent fasting, that’s our route that likely will ensure your nutritional needs are being met while your menu is most comfortable for your lifestyle. To get this, just select it in your profile, then generate a new menu. You can ignore the scheduling recommendations (number of hours to fast, for example), of course.
