MemberI just picked my favorite foods and then generated a menu. The things on the menu that i’m supposed to eat are too weird to eat together. Isn’t there a way to make a meal that will actually look like a real meal someone would eat?

MemberHi, marriedwith4monkeys. You have a couple of options. One is to click on any food you wish to replace, and a dialogue box will pop up with nutritionally-equivalent foods from your selections – click on one, save the change, and your menu will be modified. The second option is to build your own menu by clicking on the circular arrow icon at the top right corner of your finished menu, and following the instructions there.
You also have the option of swapping things with one another throughout the day without changing anything online.
If you have a moment, can you describe what it is about the combinations that your found offputting?October 23, 2014 at 9:38 pm #24125rustyrr
MemberI had the same experience. Off the top of my head, for example my first menu returned meals such as broccolli stir fry, sour cream….that is one example I know there were others, just bizarre foods to eat in one setting…

MemberOne question…I am still trying to navigate the site. I can not find my week 1 menu. I now have a week 2 menu but it is a pdf and I can’t modify it. I assume I am overlooking an obvious location, but I can’t find my menus….

MemberI also found options unusual but I change it to something I would prefer and all is well.
