When you say 1 cup of veges do you mean putting them in a measuring cup or measuring out 8 oz. on a food scale. I’ve been using the oz. method and fell like I’m eating too much.
Hi, Cyntha. We mean a measuring cup – 240 ml (8 FLUID ounces, not weight ounces).
this is all new to me so when it says i can have crab meat how can you fix it up? I mean like can i do crab salad?
Hi, kitchenmoma. Yes! That’s exactly right. We have an extensive searchable collection of recipes, which may help (at least to give some ideas). In your example, you would combine the crabmeat with whatever fat exchange you have (if you use mayonnaise or salad dressing with it, for example) plus the vegetables.
