Hi, I’m new to all this and have been looking through the express menu just now. I am a bit confused by the measurements, one cup etc/ounces etc. Has anyone else had trouble with this? I am in te uk if that makes any difference.
Thanks in advance
Hi, Cora, and welcome! We do have some people from the UK here, and while our Menu Planner application does enable you to switch to metric, I can fill you in on what a “cup” means for the express menus.
Fluids = 240 ml; dairy = 240 g; flours = 120 g; nuts = 120 g; pulses = 200 g; vegetables = 80-100 g; fruit = 150 g; grains = 160 g; meat = 200 g
