I just joined. I’m 65 and my trim down profile says my optimum weight would be around 65 kilos.
Weird thing is, I”m 55 kilos!!! What I really want to do is not lose weight, but lose belly fat.So to mark my progress it will be pretty silly to record weight loss, since I”m 10 kilos UNDER the recommended weight.
Just wondering if there is any way to record my progress here anyway.
