Hello All,
I joined yesterday and i have a couple of questions. is it critical to eat veggies raw when menu states so? and is the amount of regular veggies critical before adding free veggies? and, i feel stupid, is it ok that i ate more than the required amount of stir fryed veggies?
Vegetables are generally not a major area of concern – they are healthy, and most are low in sugars and fats. The challenge comes in if the vegetables are the “starchy” type (corn, potatoes, yams, squash, Jerusalem artichoke), and of course, how they are prepared. You mentioned stir-fry – how much oil was used? If the amount of oil did not exceed the preferred amount for the meal, and the vegetables were not starchy, it’s pretty much all you can eat.
thanks for your reply. your info helped. i used 1 T oil to a lot of veggies.
