    should everyone, regardless of ideal weight desired, stay with the portion of meat the size of a deck of cards??? I can see that for me, but not for my husband… seems there sh/be some adjustment for the different sizes of people…

    Here’s the info you asked for: I am 5’4″ & weigh about 145 & am 77 years old… go to the gym ~ 2-3 x a week. (moderate exercise)Very active around home…
    My husband is about 5’11″…weighs 185 & is 77 yo also. He is not super active, but does go to the gym…nothing too strenuous, but lots of stretching and weights. Hope that helps you with my question! Thanks!
