I have a hard time trying to eat as much meat as I need to, Is there any good meat substitutes which I could use. Two or three times a week is all I usually eat meat.
Hi, WallerJoyce. Absolutely! Nuts, seeds, legumes, eggs, and dairy are all great non-meat sources. Seasoning soups and other foods with seaweeds and mushrooms adds a little more.
Thanks so much. I will definitely use this information. Never used seawoods before – first time for everything. God Bless. JTW
