can this program be used by a type 2 diabetic on insulin and a renal diet –Low salt, minimum Potassium & phosperous?
Hi, Joe. Absolutely. Hopefully you are under the care of trained professionals, including a dietitian. Because this diet is largely based on unprocessed foods, there is very little sodium/salt. Plus, you choose the food items you add, you have a lot of control over your menu – just use the lists you received at your clinic for what to and not to select. If you are missing something, please feel free to write back here, and we will help you.
