Hello. This is the end of my third week. I have lost 1 lb. I am trying to lose 15 – 20 that I have gained since I started taking an antidepressant 1 1/2 years ago. Do the menu and portions take in to consideration use of an anti depressant. If not, what can I do differently to counter the effects of the medication? Thank you.
Hi, jenkir. The menus and portions take into account general challenges to weight loss, including medications. You don’t need to do anything special, other than ensuring that your health care provider follows your dosage and response.
If you want to give a boost to your progress here, as well as for combating depressing, exercise is widely recognized as being a major asset.
