Ossie just a bit confused…. If I am having 1 cup of homemade Chili with beans and veges it shows I still have to come up with more protein….I want a one dish meal as it is easier on my busy work schedule so the beef and beans in the Chili is not enough protein?
Hi, Carrie. Each chili is different, and the Menu Planner tends to be rather conservative. If your chili yields 14-21 grams of protein per cup, that’s excellent.
