    Hello Stephanie
I am new to trim down however, On my Birthday Annual Exam my bloodwork indicated I was PreDiabetic and they increased my Cholesterol Medication. I am Menopausal hopefully close to post-menopause age. When I went to speak with my physician she suggested two things to reverse this and provided me 90 days to adjust via Keto and Intermittent Fasting. Please know that I am not giving medical advise and you should discuss with your physician but I will share my experience. I started researching and speaking to friends. I found that Dr. Berg (research videos on youtube) and drberg.com for info. I have followed him for 30 days and completed recommendations but I felt after 30 days I was constantly eating same thing and just wanted a meal plan with recipes hence I found Trim Down. Success I am down 15.5 pounds & 13.5 inches. I only measure upper arms – Upper – Mid & Low Belly as this is where my Fat collects. As of today I am 36 days in. Plus I found with the recommendations of Dr. Berg and following very strickly no Refined Carbs – Sugar – etc. No Cheating – that I easily went from No Breakfast to only Lunch and Dinner or 2 meals a day not three. He will walk you through how to do that. That part was easy for me as I didn’t really do breakfast. I also found per his advise that in a short time I actually went to OMAD (one meal a day) or 20 – 24 hr fasting depending on how hungry I was at 20 hrs or could I push on to 24 hrs. Once you get rid of all the bad stuff in your system and eating the recommended High Fat – Protein and Green Veggis (Salad Mostly) it is easy to go to that length of time. What I have incorporated is Nutritional Yeast Tabs & ACV Mixed Drink which also helps. Today I will start Trim Down with Keto & IF Plan. I am hoping that this doesn’t undo the Great Results I have but I really wanted recipes to follow as I don’t believe I was eating enough &/or the right planned items with Dr. Berg as I was having difficulty finding meals that also followed his recommendations? Due to prediabetic no tomatos – onions etc. and it seemed his site was a little harder to follow for meals. I really hope this information helps you as just 36 days ago I was where you are and this really helped me.
