I’ve been able to decrease my depression meds because of my meal plan. I have more energy so I’m exercising again. I have PTSD from the military and work hard at staying positive! This plan has changed my whole outlook on life. Getting moving releases the good endorphines in your brain! I need spell check but don’t use a tool bar. Bear with me! My husband is the same way, PTSD from Vietnam. We both are exercising together! Life is good and I have faith it will get better!
This is awesome!
Hi, Brenda. That IS awesome! You and your husband are inspirations. A belated Veteran’s Day thank you from all of us.
