angel36MemberOkay so far so good, except it’s 1pm and I’m already hungry.
Maybe it because I eat my breakfast between 6-6:30am to leave for 7:30 for work
i had my morning snack of yogurt and an orange by 9:30
then ate my 1 cup of baby carrots around 10:45 then my egg salad sandwich around 11:30
so now I’m nibbling on 2 slices of lean ham lunchmeat, 1/2 celery with a titch of peanut butter on it and 1 hard boiled egg along with my cup of warm lemon water with real lemon in it.I’ve cut out coffee and instead am drinking green tea nothing it but a 1/2 slice of real lemon in it, then water all day.
I know it says 3 snacks a day what if i nibble on fresh vegs (free ones) in between or fruit?
i dont like feeling hungry thats when i feel vulnerable and eat things i shouldnt.
oh what about unsweetened coconut milk instead of almond milk?
thanks

SupportKeymasterHi nllalelm,
I checked your account and the email change function & Menu Planner are working properly on my side. Seeing this, I recommend trying another internet browser. You may have Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or another browser already installed on your computer. Then, please access the Trim Down Club website.Below are instructions on how to change your email on file:
1.On the top right corner of the homepage click on your username to get into your profile page
2.Once the page loads, left click on the “Settings” tab
3.Next, type in the email address you desire in the box (to the right of “Account Email”)
4.Then, left click on “Change Email” to update your email address on fileAdditionally, here is how to make changes to foods in your final menu plan:
1.First, simply click on “Apps”, followed by “My Menus”. Then, select the menu you would like to edit by clicking on “View”.
2.Once your menu appears, click on the food you would like to replace, and a list will appear with alternative choices that you can choose from.
3.Additionally, to change an entire meal you can click on the white rotating arrows to the right of the meal.
4.If you would like to create a completely new menu, click on the “Apple” logo entitled “My Food Choices” to return to create a new menu by deselecting and selecting foods that you want. If you choose this method don’t forget to click the “Save and Create Menu” button afterwards.
5.If there is a food that you can’t find in the menu, why not make a suggestion by clicking on this link to suggest foods to add to the Menu Planner: http://www.trimdownclub.com/suggest-foods/While we encourage our members to post nutritional questions in the Community Forums, it is always best to contact our support team via our Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Ossie-SharonMemberHi, clarey2. A cup of solids is indeed much trickier, and varies widely. See these food lists here for some numbers – http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.

mybella93MemberRegistered today, felt like it took all day to read through everything and listened to everything including the sales pitch on the fish oil/krill supplements (one thing at a time no thank you). Finally got through adjusting my first week’s menu and printed it out then went to the grocery list and I’m confused. Why doesn’t the list automatically reflect the menu? Do I have to read through my menu list and check off items on the grocery list? I’m feeling so discouraged already and I’m in tears 🙁

SupportKeymasterHi mybella93,
Out with the old and in with the new. Starting something new can take some time. But, just think of all of the benefits you will award your body with once you find your groove. Before hopping into too many different applications, I suggest sticking to our 8 Week Plan. This plan guides you down the path to success. You can access it by clicking on “8 Week Plan” in the homepage.
Additionally, to learn how to use the Menu Planner, simply click on the following link: http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner-tutorial/
I know you can do this 🙂
