phyllis1988Memberyes I made the apple pie oatmeal but put in blueberries instead of the apples.Does this count as your fruit serving on menu

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, phyllis1988. The amount is a bit small for a fruit serving. If you have an additional 1/2 cup of blueberries per meal, that would count.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Phyllis. A green vegetable salad is the best accompaniment to Shepherd’s pie.

Dodie32MemberWhat should my menu’s health percentage be at.. meaning what if i go to low, or what is the average.. I seem to have a lot of bread choices

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Dodie. We recommend at least 80. The breads we recommend are 100% whole grain, including sprouted – though you can swap with whole food gluten-free or Paleo, if you wish, as long as there are little-to-know refined or artificial ingredients. Note that the program is overall rather low-carbohydrate, 45% or less of energy from carbohydrates (vs. 60% or more in regular diets).
