Maybe I’m a picky eater (don’t really think I am) but everything doesn’t go with everything. For instance my first breakfast is sour cream, egg, oatmeal, almonds,& mango. Who eats that? What does the sour cream go on, the egg, the oatmeal, the mango?

LOL, Yes I had the same problem however there is a way to fix that. When you’re going thru your menu options, it helps to not pick non breakfast type foods in the breakfast tab – just choose it later for lunch or dinner. However, scrambled eggs (or omelette) with salsa and sour cream – YUM!

My menu was coming up with oatmeal, raspberries and olive oil. So I removed the olive oil from the fats on the breakfast tab, just kept it in at lunch and dinner and it never appeared again. Also, you can opt to move have undesired items later in the day – save it for a meal that you will use it. Or just use the swap function to find something that does work for your taste.

    DANGER!
You tell me this NOW! I swallowed a tsp of olive oil with my breakfast (YUKKK)! I thought the menus were planned to give balanced portions of the food groups and needed to be consumed together. Oh well there’s always tomorrow. Thanks

…why can’t I eat Jordans Truly Fruity Muesli for breakfast with Oatly Milk over it? It’s high in fibre, has NO added salt, artificial colourings or preservatives and is NON GM. It comes in a box and is ready to eat! What does everyone think please?
