Can you help me please. I’ve completed the menu guide and am confused. For instance, it’s recommending eggplant and steak. Okay, how am I supposed to prepare them? The steak is fairly simple to figure out – let’s say “grilled”; however how am I supposed to know how to prepare the eggplant? There are also some strange food combinations which I don’t get, but will start with this one first.
Grilling the eggplant is also excellent as a side dish. Also, you can lightly saute it in olive oil (try a Misto-type spray to keep the total fat down), add a little water, cover and let steam. Steak and eggplant are actually wonderful together. As for the rest of the combinations, we are currently working to make them as user-friendly as possible. Please do not hesitate to write back if you want any further information.
