as i drop pounds will the menu planer change my meals i lost 6 pounds in 1 week love this program so far hard
why haven’t I received a reply about my menu planner? As I drop weight, WILL THE MENU PLANNER change the portions, etc???
It depends on your current weight. If you are very overweight and inactive, yes, the amounts may drop. If you are just a bit overweight and very active, then it might not really change. If you want a preview, you are free to list your height, weight, and activity level here, as well as a sample day from your menu plan, and I will do the calculation for you.
