mona09ParticipantThank you
How do I change the plan on my profile to low carb? I was looking at my profile and saw Menu Planner Variety and Menu Recipe Amount. Which option should I select for those two?January 20, 2020 at 12:10 am #44911
Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Mona09. In the lower right corner, just be sure nothing is checked in “Dietary Needs” – the default route is low-carb.

mona09ParticipantHi Sharon
I don’t see my meal plan anymore and when I try to add daily meal, it’s not letting me. Error message comes up. Please help. Thank youJanuary 20, 2020 at 8:48 pm #44921
Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Mona09. The degree of variety, etc. is totally up to you. When you select what works for you – leaving the “Dietary Needs” blank – just click on the plus sign in the menu area to generate a new menu. That one will be low-carbohydrate but non-keto.
