    How do I change the plan on my profile to low carb? I was looking at my profile and saw Menu Planner Variety and Menu Recipe Amount. Which option should I select for those two?

    Hi, Mona09. In the lower right corner, just be sure nothing is checked in “Dietary Needs” – the default route is low-carb.

    Ok, I changed it to nothing. Is my menu plan going to change? And which one I should select in do I change the plan on my profile to low carb? I was looking at my profile and saw Menu Planner Variety and Menu Recipe? Which bowl and book I should select?

    Hi Sharon
    I don’t see my meal plan anymore and when I try to add daily meal, it’s not letting me. Error message comes up. Please help. Thank you

    Hi, Mona09. The degree of variety, etc. is totally up to you. When you select what works for you – leaving the “Dietary Needs” blank – just click on the plus sign in the menu area to generate a new menu. That one will be low-carbohydrate but non-keto.

    Error message has been fixed and I’m able add meal plan but it’s not the low carb plan. Can you please check and let me. Thank you.
