I was wondering if you could help me out. I haven’t been able to figure some things out about the menu planner.
I am thinking that say, for breakfast you could have ALL of the bulleted items and if you do not want one of the bulleted items it can be substituted for one of the ideas suggested in the dialogue box after clicking on the rounded arrows. Is this correct?
If so, if the choice is 2 slices of SWG bread, 1 cup fruit, 1 raw cheese….if I wanted butter on the bread would I not eat the cheese?
Also, how do I capture something that I ate as a substitution that is not in the dialogue box so that it can be part of daily calculation?
