I was wondering if there was someplace to that tells me how much of each item is a serving and how many servings of carbs, proteins, fats and veggies to have in each meal. I am finding that I am wasting a lot of food. I would like to be able to cook items and incorporate in the next day. In other words completely create my own menu by choosing myself instead of having it done for me.
Hi, Rhonda. Yes. Click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your finished menu – those exchanges relate to this list: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
You can use our software to build your menu by clicking on the circular arrow icon at the upper right corner of each meal and going through the steps there.
