MemberHello, I am very new and I have a question. Am I able to eat the same menu everyday? Obviously this will not be for long but just until I get the hang of this.
Also I am wondering about portion sizes, 12 onzes of yogurt with my meal seems to be a huge amount and I can never finish it.
Just looking for a little guidance.Thank you!

We have Chicken and Watercress Stirfry on our menu for tomorrow, have checked the recipe ingredients and ???? where is the watercress.
Also, can you please tell me is it OK to eat bananas as this was listed as a no no, but appears as one of my snacks.

SWG is sprouted whole grain. Be sure you check the FAQ’s at the bottom of the page, it will answer alot of questions you may have. I think yours is one that we’ve all asked 🙂
