MemberCan I use protein drinks for breakfast with berries? Is there a way to create a set menu to use week over week?

MemberHi, dandjs4. If you don’t make any changes to your menu, you can repeat it for as many weeks as you wish. You can also repeat meals and days.
As for the protein shakes, it depends what goes in it – do you make them yourself or is it from a powder?August 2, 2015 at 2:51 pm #30531szalona13

MemberHi, dandjs4. That product actually contains some ingredients that can work against your efforts here – “DATEM, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Carrageenan”. I suggest you make your own shakes from high-protein foods such as whole dairy, nuts, and seeds – we have a fair number of recipes in our collection. If you are seeking a powder, better versions would be Vega or Raw For Life – take a look at the ingredients list to see the types of products we favor.

MemberHi, szalona. All recipes are suitable, as the program was designed to help people like you. Of course, much depends on using the best ingredients, and we guide you throughout. Yes, the menus are tailored to your individual needs.
As for the recipes, many are in the Menu Planner lists for you to select as you build your menu, and for the newer recipes that have yet to be added, you can substitute them for similar foods.August 6, 2015 at 12:03 am #30628Suzymillpond
MemberI’m new to trim down and i printed up the menu for the first week. It lists food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Do you eat all the food in each section or do you have to
pick one or two out of the breakfast section, or the lunch and dinner section? Thanks

MemberHi, Suzy, and welcome. The intention is for you to eat all of the food in the menu. The goal is to get your metabolism up and prevent hunger.
