Hi! Just started and am having trouble with the menu. I am a vegetarian (but no fish or dairy) After I indicate my food preferences, the menu planner just gives me actual food to eat, rather than recipes to follow. I can’t just eat 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast! and 1/2 cup of beans! Does this program not suggest recipes that have the ingredients they are recommending in them? Also, my choices of protein sources are VERY limited. 20 different kinds of eggs (I only eat organic), soy beans, and beans. There are other options like nuts & seeds, lentils, chickpeas, peanuts, various vegetables, grains, protein powder… why are these options not coming up in the protein section? Please help! Thanks, Robyn

Hi, Robyn. The program leaves the option of how to prepare the foods open to you, but we do have a searchable recipe collection.
With regard to your question about specific foods, some of those (lentils, chickpeas, and grains) are in the “Carbohydrates” section, and vegetables have their own section. We don’t recommend protein powder, but prefer you meet your protein needs through whole foods – which this program ensures you do. Nuts and seeds are in the protein section.
