If I see a recipe I like can I add that to my weekly menu? Also there are certain items on my menu i.e. homemade chili with meat and beans, but then I can’t find a recipe or any guidance. suggestions? Thanks, karen
Hi! I interpreted that as meaning “use your own recipe” and adhere to the portion size. If I am wrong, please correct. Thanks.
Hi, you two. Graciela2 is correct! We do have several recipes from which you can choose (http://www.trimdownclub.com/?s=Chili&post_type=recipe), and to make them fit, just match the “Exchanges per Serving” at the end of the recipe with the exchange allotted to you. You can see the latter by clicking on the “Exchange mode” icon in the toolbar above your menu. It doesn’t have to be a perfect fit.
