mutschki
MemberIn the menus, does 1/2 cup of oatmeal (cooked) mean 1/2 cup of oatmeal, which is then cooked, or 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal?

MemberHi, mutschki. It means 1/2 cup of already-cooked oatmeal, which is about 2 tablespoons dry.

MemberNow that I have finished the 8 week plan I find a lot of difficulty in getting on-going weight loss diets. The Menu Planner sends me through all the beginner steps again. The only diet plan I can bring up now was created Sept. 29th.

KeymasterHi Nadine,
I understand your concern. It is perfectly fine to use previously created menus. If you change your weight or dietary information in your profile, it’s a good idea to create a new menu, so you get the right amount of food based on your new parameters. We’ve created 3 special and unique menu options to ensure that you get a menu that fits you. These options include: the Instant Menu, Favorite Foods and Personal Menu Planner. Each of these options have different levels of customization. Below is a brief explanation of all 3:
Instant Menu: a quick done-for-you menu based on your dietary needs, using the most popular foods.
Favorite Foods: an easy-to-follow menu based on the foods that you like, to reach your weight loss goals.
Personal Menu Planner: a complete menu with full flexibility. Go through our entire list of foods and build a menu that fits you.Now that you have a better understanding of the options, simply follow the steps below to create a menu:
1. Go to http://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click Login
3. Enter your Username and Password (You can also use your email address connected to your purchase as your username. If you lost or forgot your password, click on “Lost your password?”)
4. Once you are logged in, go to “Create a Menu”
5. Now simply click on “Start Now!” under the menu option that fits you bestIn addition, for a complete step-by-step guide on how to use the Menu Planner, simply click on the following link: Menu Planner Tutorial
I hope this helps! If you have any questions, please do write back.
