MemberHi, I’m new to this site, and I have just been provided with a weeks worth of menues, thing is, there seems to be about 5 items on my breakfast menu, so I am wondering, am I supposed to be eating it all, or do I pick one of the items on the list, as it doesn’t actually specify

MemberHi, Lyn, and welcome! Yes, the intention is for you to eat all the items on the menu.

MemberHi, Stephanie. Just to clarify, all of the items listed in a meal on your menu are part of the meal – you don’t have to choose only 1.

MemberHI, I am starting this tomorrow! I have my breakfast stuff ready and then once Tesco turn up with the rest of my food i will be able to prepare my meals! What happens if I miss one of the snacks? or is it imperative that i eat everything so as never to feel hungry so i don’t fall off the wagon?? just not sure if I have to eat absolutely everything? thank you.

MemberHi, kgillespie67, and welcome!
It’s not a big deal if you miss one of the snacks once in a while. If you miss one or more on a regular basis, just be sure that by the end of the day, you’ve had a total of at least 5 fruit/vegetable and 3 calcium-rich food/beverage servings. We certainly don’t want you to fight your satiety signals (though be careful not to cut back so much that it becomes a restrictive diet). - AuthorPosts
