MemberI’ve recently joined because I liked the menu planner idea but I’m a bit disappointed it’s the same foods every week unless you changed it yourself, isin’t variety better?

KeymasterHi Audrey,
Not sure I understand, but I am guessing that you’d like to build your week 6 menu. This can be done by going to Apps followed by the Menu Planner.

MemberHave just joined and am wondering about the snack suggestions. If two or more are listed are we to choose one? Example: ( on a Monday under Snacks #1 itlists 2 ounces of Poultry, Cold Cuts, Ruglar m, Uncured, i Serving of Free Spread, 6 crackers, Rice and 1 medium Peach. ( ALl of that sounds almost like a meal!) Do we choose only one or eat all? Thanks. Pauline

MemberHi, Pauline. The intention is for you to eat all of it. Yes, they are like meals – the pattern is 6 small meals per day (though the snacks are a little smaller than the rest).

MemberI just joined a few days ago. Can I swap out one day’s lunch for another’s day lunch? Or is the menu for the day based on portions of the other meals to have the balance?

MemberHi I have just signed up for this and have gone through the food choices and created my first menu – I am disappointed as it seems very repetitive and has me having pizza for dinner 7 days on the trot how can that be healthy or inspiring?
