mid day slump

    I do eat three meals a day but always have a 2-300 slump when I just want to take a nap.. what do you suggest as far as doing and or snacks to avoid this?

    Hi, LisaaandDave. Eating more protein in your snacks can help – you can double the protein and give up the starchy carb.
