How much milk are we allowed on our cereals? which type of milk would be best? skimmed or full fat?
Thank you.
I just read 2% from Ozzie. We don’t drink milk. We use almond and cashew milk. Is that OK anyone???
I do use nonfat coffee mate in my coffee though! Bad girl but I’m cutting way back!
Thanks, really enjoying reading through the forum. Wondering about tomatoes? I have read eating green leafy salads, but not much about eating tomatoes, is this OK to add to salads in moderation?
Hi, mel5555 and brendaneal2266. Yes, 2% is a good compromise if you aren’t drinking a high-quality type of dairy milk (such as organic pastured) or a vegan-type milk such as nut or grain milk (those are great, by the way). Tomatoes are excellent, and 1 medium (about 7 cm across, or 150 g) or a cup of cherry tomatoes (also 150 g) is considered a vegetable exchange.
