Why do you say whole fat cows milk instead of Semi skimmed
Hi, Janet973. Semi-skimmed sometimes has undesirable additives, such as milk solids, that can be worse than the fat itself. If you get a high-quality milk, such as that from cows that are allowed to graze most of the time, the fat is rather good for you.
