MemberWhen having cold cereal, I obviously want milk in it, however, milk isn’t an option that is offered as a swap out. What shall I do? Does the menu take into account you are going to use milk? What is a “serving” of vegetables???

MemberHi, Wayne. The menu is set up to allow you a serving of dairy for cereal each morning. Any time you see yogurt either at breakfast or in your morning snack, you can swap it for milk at breakfast, and move something like your walnuts to the snack, etc.
A serving of vegetables is generally about 1 cup (240 ml).August 1, 2016 at 11:46 am #36362waynestevens6
MemberI have been doing this for more than 3 weeks and have not lost anything. I am considering cutting the portions down to see if that helps. Any suggestions?

MemberHi, Wayne. Part of the problem may be the combination of your weight and height in your profile. Please take another look and verify if that you are actually 5’11 (or perhaps 5’1) and that the numbers for your weight are correct for pounds or kilograms.
Another issue may be physical activity, which is very important for that extra edge. Do you get any exercise?August 2, 2016 at 11:09 am #36375waynestevens6
MemberOh my goodness. Thank you for pointing out the mistake in my profile. I am “4” 11, not 5’11″”! Now that I corrected this, how do I get my menu to adjust? Also, am I allowed to use a tsp of pure maple syrup as a sweetner?

MemberHi, Mrs. Stevens. No problem! Since this elevates the equation a bit, it may actually result in more food. To make it more suitable to the particular challenge here, I recommend putting “55” kg or “122” lbs as your current weight. Beyond that, physical exercise will be your best ally here. You can check out some of our videos for ideas (links below). If you need something, else, please let me know.

Memberi have adjusted to correct my height to 4’11” instead of 5’11” (I wish)! Now once I go into my menu created before this correction, has it been adjusted, or do I need to create a whole new menu?

MemberHi, Mrs. Stevens. You don’t need to in your particular case. It will self-correct.
