I agree that concentrated fruit juice is just sugary water but isnt skimmed (skim) milk just sugary water as well. Is anyone of the opinion that maybe the full fat milk is preferable?
I believe the way it comes is probably the best as with all other whole foods.Just keep check on the amounts.Just saying.
Skim milk provides protein as well as vitamins and minerals, and is not very high in carbohydrates (12 gm per 8 fluid oz or 240 ml) and so doesn’t quite have the disadvantages of sugary fruit juice.
