Is there a difference in results if you find you can’t eat all the meals? My weight loss seems to have stopped.
Hi, Celadia. How long have you been in the program? Are you physically active?
If the food you are getting exceeds your needs, then you can skip the snacks or parts of all meals – but it is important to do that wisely, so that you get enough protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. For example, you can cut back on the starchy carbs (by about half, if you wish), or leave out the snacks and push any dairy and produce to other meals.
