When I miss a snack, can I incorporate those foods in my next meal, or just skip all together
Hi, Bruceandlinda. You can incorporate them into the next meal – it doesn’t have to be the exact foods, but rather you can increase amounts of similar foods. If you are a diabetic, it would be better to carry over any starchy carbohydrates as proteins – for example, instead of crackers, have an extra ounce of meat.
